USA Service Up — how we use your booking and chat information.
1. What we collect
When you book, we may store your name, email, phone, address, service details, payment method (crypto type), payment proof, and Telegram login info used for My Bookings.
2. Why we collect it
Data is used only to fulfill your order, contact you about the booking, process refunds when eligible, and keep account history in My Bookings.
3. Vendors cannot see your Telegram / phone
Assigned vendors see order details needed to deliver the service. Your Telegram username/tag and phone number are hidden from vendors. Chat goes through our website chat and/or the official Telegram bot only.
4. You cannot see vendor Telegram
Vendor personal Telegram tags are never shown on the website. Contact is only via official chat tools.
5. Chat safety
Sharing phone numbers, @usernames, outside links, or other personal contact details in chat is blocked. This protects both customers and vendors.
6. Retention
Booking and chat history is kept so you and admin can review past orders. You can contact support via the website footer Telegram if you need help with an account request.
