By booking on USA Service Up you agree to these terms.

1. Service

We provide booking assistance and deal fulfillment for listed services (flights, food, travel, entertainment, and more) outside India-focused markets. Availability can change; services may be marked Down temporarily.

2. Payment

Payment is upfront in cryptocurrency to the wallet shown on the booking page after you choose a method. Orders without valid payment proof are not processed.

3. No cancel after order

After you place an order, you cannot cancel it. Choose carefully before submitting.

4. Refunds

If we do not fulfill your order, you may receive a refund as described in our Refund & Order Policy. Wrong-network / wrong-coin sends are not refundable.

5. Vendors & assignment

Orders may be assigned to a verified vendor. You will see the vendor’s site username on My Bookings — not their personal Telegram. Vendors never receive your Telegram tag through our systems.

6. Communication

Customer–vendor discussion for an active booking can happen on the website (My Bookings chat) or via our official Telegram bot. Sharing personal contact details (@tags, phone, email, t.me links) is prohibited and messages may be blocked. Admin can review chat logs for support quality.

7. Vendor payout terms (vendors only)

• Minimum withdrawal: $75
• Tax, network, and exchange fees are the vendor’s responsibility — not admin’s
• Payout wallets are set and paid by admin after commission

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
